  • How can I take part in the digital Connect events?

    Whether in the office, in the home office or on the go: This year you can take part in the Globex Connect events from anywhere! We offer you maximum flexibility. Immediately after your booking, you will receive an email with your personalized access link, which gives you access to the closed conference area.

  • What technical requirements (e.g. browser) do I need?

    All you need to take part in the Globex Connect events is an internet connection and a laptop, smartphone or tablet. You don't need to install any additional software - open your internet browser and log into the event website.

  • My login doesn't work

    Please check the correct spelling of your login data (e.g. upper / lower case)

  • I don't see a picture

    Please use the latest version of an internet browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), update if necessary

  • The picture jerks

    Please ensure a stable internet connection, e.g. use WLAN or LAN. Ideally, follow the stream on a desktop.

  • I cannot take part in the digital events. Can I watch content at a later time?

    Yes! You can still access a lot of content in our media library 2 months after the events.

  • Can I ask questions during or after the lectures?

    A chat function allows you to express your questions and suggestions during the live presentations.

  • I have a question that is not listed here. Whom can I contact?
